Zest & Bloom International, S.L. ("Zest & Bloom", "we", "us") is a fruit grower and distributor based in Valencia, Spain. We are the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

We only collect what we need. Depending on how you interact with us, that may include: your name and contact details when you write to us or apply for a role; the content of your message or application; and basic technical information (such as your browser type and pages visited) gathered through cookies.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 16.
We use your data to respond to enquiries, manage wholesale and partnership requests, review job applications, and improve our website. We rely on your consent when you contact us, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.
We never sell your data. We only share it with trusted service providers who help us operate (for example, email and hosting providers), and only to the extent needed to provide their service. Where required, we put data-processing agreements in place.
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Application data is kept for the duration of the recruitment process and a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to remove it sooner.
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our processing, and request portability.
