Picked, not stored
We harvest by hand and ship within hours. Nothing is picked early to survive a long journey — it leaves the huerta ripe and reaches you days fresher.
Organic since 1994
Cover crops, drip irrigation and pollinator strips keep the red Ribera Alta soil alive — better fruit now, healthier orchards for the next generation.
Still a family job
Every crate passes through Soler hands before it leaves Carlet. Three generations, one standard, and a name on the box that means something.
No shortcuts
Picked at the right moment
Ripeness can't be hurried. We harvest by hand when the sugars are right, so every piece reaches you full of flavour, colour and scent — never picked early to travel.
